Nina Kehagia is a cultural curator, researcher and broadcaster whose work explores music, cultural heritage and dance music history.

With over 16 years of experience across music, culture and media, Nina has curated cultural projects, content and conversations that connect audiences with artists, ideas and contemporary culture Her work spans broadcasting, research, cultural programming, creative partnerships and conferences, festivals and industry events across the UK and internationally.

Nina is currently developing her first feature documentary, Mersey Rave, a women-led film celebrating the people, communities and cultural spaces that have shaped Liverpool's dance music scene from the 1980s to the present day.

Throughout her career, Nina has worked closely with both emerging and established artists, and has hosted panels, talks and interviews with musicians, cultural figures and industry leaders including Suzanne Ciani, DJ Paulette, Laurent Garnier, Kelly Moran, Andrew Weatherall, Stacey ‘Hotwaxx’ Hale, HAAi, ILĀ and many others.

Nina speaks regularly at festivals, conferences and industry events. Her work has included collaborations with organisations such as PRS Foundation, the British Council, the Association for Electronic Music and the Night Time Economy Summit, as well as festivals including Sónar, Primavera Sound and Sound City. She has also worked with major music companies and labels including Sony Music UK, Universal Music Group, Mute and !K7.

Alongside her professional practice, Nina is a PhD researcher at the University of Liverpool, where she examines cultural heritage and social memory within dance music communities.

Nina also currently leads content and communications at shesaid.so, where she oversees editorial strategy, campaigns, creative partnerships for a global network of music professionals and creatives.
